EU-Turkey dialogue project from the business world
Turkey-EU Business Dialogue Project begins. The project will be implemented by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the European Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Eurochambres) with European Union providing financial support. In this context, more than 100 projects will be implemented. Speaking at a press conference to promote the project, TOBB President and Eurochambres Vice President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “With this project, the European Union will provide more than 5 million euros to our Chambers and Commodity Exchanges. This project is also an attempt to revive the EU-Turkey relations, which cooled down in recent years.”

Meeting with the President of Adjara Government Rijvadze
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received information about the Georgian side of the Sarp Border Gate from Tornike Rijvadze, the President of the Government of Adjara Autonomous Republic of Georgia. During the meeting in Batumi, evaluations were made about the Border Gate.

Visit to Artvin Mayor Kocatepe
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Artvin Mayor Mehmet Kocatepe at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mehmet Kocatepe with a reproduction of the Book of Dede Korkut, thanking Kocatepe for his support and endeavors, stating that his is the mayor of a province which can be considered a wonder of nature.
