European Union Member Countries Ambassadors business luncheon was held at the TOBB Twin Towers through Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Economic Development Foundation (IKV), the EU Delegation to Turkey cooperation. The luncheon, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, saw discussion on Turkey-EU relations.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu spoke on the importance of entrepreneurship at the workshop attended by TRNC Prime Minister Tufan Erhürman. Speaking at the Leadership Academy and Strategy Workshop, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu underlined the need to bring new habits to the old village and emphasized that entrepreneurship is the only way to prosper. Hisarcıklıoğlu also stated that Silifke should transform its values ​​and potential into economy and profit.​

Joint meeting of the real and financial sectors

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Banks Association of Turkey (TBB) Board of Directors held a joint meeting. The meeting at TOBB's Istanbul Service Building was held under the chairmanship of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and TBB President Hüseyin Aydın. Recent developments in international markets and in Turkey's economy, the latest situation in the money and capital markets, the recommendations of the corporate and financial sectors and expectations were evaluated at the meeting of the real sector and the financial sector with participation of the highest level representatives of both sectors.​
