Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in June 2022 increased by 10.4% (462 units) compared to June 2021 (4,428 units) and reached 4,890 units.

Of the 4,890 capacity report approved in June; 1,316 are in Ä°stanbul, 358 in Ankara, 298 in Bursa, 272 in Ä°zmir, 225 in Konya, 200 in Gaziantep, 140 in Adana, 131 in Kocaeli, 119 in TekirdaÄŸ and 115 in Kayseri.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database was 82,306 in June 2021; it reached 92,332 units in June 2022 with an increase of 12.2% (10,026 units)

According to the Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 10.4% (354,247 units) from 3,413,635 in June 2021 to 3,767,882 in June 2022.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
