Venture Capital Council convened online

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Venture Capital Council meeting was held online with the participation of TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci and TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, under the chairmanship of Council President Altan Küçükçınar, with great interest from the Council members.
TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci, who is responsible for the Council, gave information about the activities and agenda in the first six months of the year in his opening speech. Mr. Büyüksimitci stated that since the Council has an important place in achieving the strategic goals of the sector and our country, as TOBB, they are always with the sector.
He stated that the problems experienced in the sector will be shared with the relevant institutions and will continue to be followed-up for solutions.
Altan Çınar, Chairman of the Council, gave information about the meetings attended within the scope of the Techno-Enterprise Council Studies. For the first half of 2024, he shared sectoral evaluations with the participants.
TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş informed the participants about the new tax regulations.
The meeting ended with the opinions and suggestions of the council members on the agenda items.
