48 personnel working at TOBB received information on “Quality Management System Basic Concepts, Historical Development of Standards and Documentation Conditions” as well as being shown examples of operation in regards to the Union quality managements system application on documentation.
Quality Management System training will continue throughout the year with, “Process Management, Interaction and Improvement,” “Change and Perpetual Improvement (KAIZEN),” “TS EN ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System,” “TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System,” “Problem Solving Techniques,” and, “Statistical Process Control.”
