Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Tokat Governor Can

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Board Members Salih Zeki Murzioğlu and Şahin Bilgiç, along with Nevşehir Chamber of Commerce and Commodity Exchange Chair Arif Parmaksız and TOBB ETU Hospital Board Chair Şadan Eren visited Tokat Governor Cevdet Can at his office.
Expressing his pleasure in visiting Tokat, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I wish the Governor success during his term in Tokat. I would like to thank him for the vision he provides Tokat. It is of the utmost significance that he has declared 2015 the year of tourism. Considering Tokat houses historical artifacts from the Ottoman, Seljuk and other periods, there is great potential.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu, quoting Sheikh Edebali’s saying, “No flower blooms before its time,” said, “It is now Tokat’s time to bloom with the Governor. Tokat was the capital for the Danishmends. A capital is always a capital. The spirit of a capital is within you.”
Governor Can expressed his pleasure in the fact that Hisarcıklıoğlu had relegated the whole day to Tokat and said, “Welcome to hallowed and prosperous lands.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Governor Can with a copy of the Yunus Emre poetry compilation edited by TOBB, “From Yunus’ Rose Garden” while Governor Can presented Hisarcıklıoğlu with copper and Tokat manuscripts.
