Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that he hope the environment of mutual trust between two countries will be strengthened in the same way as it was before.
During his speech he emphasized to the political transformation in the 1990’s, that also had a big effect in the Balkans, turned out to the globalization and lead to the mutual increased trade, however it created an atmosphere of the unfair distribution of welfare and justice. Additionally, Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu indicated that the reason of the 2008 global crisis was due to the economical problems of other states that affected the rest by order.

“Public’s way to be rich is due to the trade”

Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu mentioned that that the governments tool to be rich is tied to the petroleum and natural gas, whereas nation’s tool is trade. Therefore, we have to get rid of obstacles that trade is opposing. Likewise, he emphasized the Bosnia-Herzegovina’s importance in trade, and said that it is not only the market of consumption but also the market of production of goods of the new economy. We have to make the best of it in order to gain ground.

“Turkey has drew a considerable success”

Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that 30 years ago Turkey’s export number was 3 billion dollars; whereas now it is 130 billion dollars and %92 of it are the industrial goods. We have the same economical power and the industrial giant as Turkey and China. Additionally, there is a need to create the more environments to the entrepreneurs.

Mr. Ali Babacan said “We pay a big attention to the cooperation with Bosnia-Herzegovina”. We can see that good collaboration in the European Union, too.  We can overcome bad conditions by cooperativeness, what’s why we are in Bosnia-Herzegovina now. The powerful states are now in the East.

Mr. Haris Silaycich, the ex-president of Tripartite Presidency of the Council of State of Bosnia-Herzegovina, pointed out to the great potential og the country and said that some are not aware of that.
