TOBB Turkey Automotive Commerce Council, convened in Ankara, are united behind the opinion that the compulsory traffic insurance and the land vehicles insurance record if and how badly a vehicle has been damaged in an accident involving damage to property.​

Also discussed at the meeting; mileage information being recorded on insurance policies; 1% VAT reduction for companies dealing in used vehicles relayed to relevant ministries; K-1 and K-2 documentation; the obstructions brought about by the limiting of vehicle examination permits to 1 month operation time; keeping TRAMER records through chassis identification numbers instead of license plates.
