Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

 

The inspection reports pertaining to 37 chamber/exchanges from the inspections conducted between 12th of September and the 5th of November by an independent agency.

The chambers/exchanges which passed the inspection successfully had their accreditation documents were extended another 3 years.

During the meeting the needs of the chambers/exchanges were also assessed. Views on the Accreditation System aiming to increase the capacity and competence of the chambers/exchanges were voiced.

It was found that the trust in the chambers/exchanges in the business world is increasing; the competitive power of the members are increasing on a regional, national and international level; sustainable improvement systems are becoming more systematic each day and being implemented by chambers/exchanges.

There are 16 chambers/exchanges in the ongoing 7th Term accreditation period and 30 in the 8th Term.

With the 46 chambers/exchanges that will be accredited as a result of the improvement visits, training and independent inspections that will be completed this year being added to the system, the number of 5-star chamber/exchanges will increase to 131.
