Chattel Pledge Application Presentation Preparatory Meeting held

Chattel Pledge Application Preparatory Meeting was held at TOBB with the participation of Ministry of Commerce Department Mehmet Mücahit Arvas, TOBB Department Head Fatih Soysal and Presidential Special Counsel Hasan Çağlayan Dündar as well as Secretaries General of Chambers.​

The meeting was held on January 1st, 2017 and the views on the activities to be carried out regarding the promotion of the chattel pledge system were discussed.

In his opening speech, Fatih Soysal, Head TOBB Real Sector, R & D and Implementation Department, stated that one of the most important problems of SMEs is access to finance.
