TIR EPD Application 

           
IRU TIR EPD (Electronic pre-declaration) is a free of charge web application for submitting electronic pre-declaration which became obligatory on January 1st 2009 and entry/exit summary declaration that became obligatory on January 1st 2011 for transport operations to/from EU. www.tirepd.org  is the internet address of the application. You can download TIR EPD user manual from here. TIR EPD is currently available in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Electronic Entry/Exit Summary Declaration            

 

On 01.01.2011 according to EU transport legislation articles 36a and 182a, for the transport operations to/from EU Electronic entry/exit summary (ENS/EXS) declarations including the security elements will be submitted to the related Customs Authorities.

In this context the holders must submit one hour before:

- Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) to ICS (Import Control System) for goods entering to EU territory from third countries.
- Exit Summary Declaration (EXS)  to ECS (Export Control System) for goods leaving  EU territory to third countries.
