The Council for Forest Products of Turkey convened with heavy agenda items
The Council for Forest Products of Turkey performed the new year's first meeting in our Union's Social Facilities Assembly Hall. While it was participated by the related Board Member Mr. Hüseyin Üzülmez, the public, private sector and senior representatives of non-governmental organizations showed a considerable interest to the meeting.

Undersecretariat of Public Order and Security in its new service building…
The new service building of Undersecretariat of Public Order and Security came into service with a ceremony. The opening ceremony, with the participation of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Minister of Interior Beşir Atalay and moreover TOBB Member of Board M. Arif Parmaksız and TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, held after the rearrangement of the former TOBB central office building.

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) took place at CeBIT 2011 in Hannover Fair. 92 Turkish companies, promoted their products and services on 600 thousand square meters.

Turkey Small and Medium Scale Building Contractor Assembly demand registration for subcontractor
At the meeting of Turkey Small and Medium Scale Building Contractor Assembly, members discussed the subcontract work, tax for employment, payment for building canals and control/inspection of building construction. The president of Assembly, Bekir Adıyaman, expressed that the in some line of businesses such as for ironmaker, tiler, etc. building contractor faced with documentation problems and to solve this problem thay have to be registrated and the subcontract work has to be certificated.
