Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Board Member Mahmut Özgener attended the 13th the General Assembly Meeting of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) held in İzmir hosted by Tunç Soyer, Mayor of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. ​

The Grant Program Award Ceremony was held within the scope of the My Sister Project, which is carried out in partnership with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Habitat Association and Coca-Cola Turkey to support women's participation in economic life.​

The fifth meeting of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council in 2022 was held online with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council President Nurten Öztürk.​

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35) prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1,136 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in October 2022.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee met via video conference.​

The number of Industrial Capacity Reports approved in the first 10 months of 2022 increased by 8.4% compared to the same period last year.​

Purchasing and Supplier Development Webinar for Siemens, Bosch and Borusan Mannesman was held online with the participation of TEDAR and related companies' officials.​

In cooperation with TOBB and Asian Development Bank, the 3rd Asian Development Bank (ADB) Business Opportunities Seminar was organized.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Durable Goods Council meeting was held via video conference under the chairmanship of Council President Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu with the participation of TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu.​

Digital Tachograph Regional Chamber Trainings, which were initiated with the implementation of the contactless application system, continue to be carried out to cover all provincial and district Chambers authorized to issue digital tachograph cards.​
