TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Elazığ Promotion Days organized by the Atatürk Cultural Center together with the Minister of Customs and Trade Bülent Tüfenkci.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended a business luncheon with the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry delegation. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We, the Turkish business community, want to invest more in Cyprus and increase mutual trade. We support the efforts of the Cyprus solution and we want Cyprus to be an island of prosperity and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean.”​

The Chamber / Commodity Exchange Consultation Meeting was held at the TOBB Twin Towers Conference Hall with the participation of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Customs and Commerce Minister Bülent Tüfenkci. ​

TOBB President and EUROCHAMBRES Deputy Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended EUROCHAMBRES Board Council in Brussels.​

TOBB President and EUROCHAMBRES Deputy Chairman M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu discussed protectionism and anti-globalization at the meeting of EUROCHAMBRES Joint Members Committee in Moscow. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the necessity of updating the Turkey-EU Customs Union agreement.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who participated in the Bingöl National Women Entrepreneurship Congress, stated that the women who constitute the half of the population should be in the economic life, "This is the biggest obstacle in front of our enrichment. Women need to actively participate in the economy. She must change her thoughts that she should only stay at home. "​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in the opening ceremony of the new service building of the Bodrum Chamber of Commerce, stated that, “This new service building is a matter of vision. Posts are temporary, works remain.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the İMEAK Maritime Chamber of Commerce Bodrum Branch as a part of his Bodrum program.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kırşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry following the Neşet Ertaş Culture and Art Festival.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu spoke at the 30th Akhism Week celebrations held at the Kırşehir Cacabey Square, stating that he is greatly honored to have been declared an honorary citizen of Kırşehir in 2014, “I am very happy to be in my hometown Kırşehir. I greet my fellow residents of Kırşehir with all due respect.”​
