Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Board Vice President Ali Kopuz and TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay visited Malkara Commodity Exchange (TB) and met with the Malkara TB Board Chairman Atilla Ayaz and council members.​

Answering journalists’ questions at the Tekirdağ Commodity Exchange, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in regards to the attack on Turkey’s Mosul Consulate, “I hope that our brothers return to their homes safely. One among them is also the father of one of TOBB’s own personnel.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Tekirdağ Commodity Exchange. Emphasizing unity and solidarity during the meeting hosted by Tekirdağ Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Osman Sarı and Council President Bahattin Atıcılar, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that agriculture is not just for subsistence, it is for profit.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Tekirdağ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO). Stating that the greatest opportunity for the region is in the Balkans, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Right next to us is the great market of the Balkans. We must discover it.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the Aydın Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Adnan Bosnalı, Council President Bahri Erdel and the accompanying delegation.​

Erbaa Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Gökalp Coşkun and the delegation accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

In his statement tin regards to the Energy Security themed World Accreditation Day, the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Turkey must grasp the meaning, importance and necessity of accreditation in international trade if it is to achieve its 2023 goals.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the program held for the 125th anniversary of the founding of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Hisarcıklıoğlu drew attention to the medium-income trap which Turkey faces and emphasized the need to rekindle the flame of reform in order to overcome this situation.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Bursa Commodity Exchange Özer Matlı and the Board of Directors. Hisarcıklıoğlu extended his congratulations in regards to the elections and emphasized his belief that the Exchange under Özer Matlı will provide great services to Bursa and Turkey.​
