Şefik Tokat sent off on his last voyage
Şefik Tokat, former TOBB Secretary General and Prime Ministry Head Consultant, who passed away recently was interred in the Karşıyaka Cemetery following the funereal prayer at the Ankara Kocatepe Mosque on Sunday, July 26 2011.

Turkmenistan Ambassador Dövletsahedov pointed out Turkey’s successes
Turkmenistan Ambassador to Turkey Maksat Dövletsahedov visited the TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Ambassador Dövletsahedov stated that Turkey was the first state to recognize Turkmenistan and set up an embassy in Turkmenistan and that Turkey and Turkmenistan are beyond friends, they are brothers.

Şefik Tokat passed away…
Former TOBB Secretary General and Prime Ministry Head Consultancy Chief Şefik Tokat passed away. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu spoke, “We are deeply grieved by the loss of our dear friend Şefik Tokat, who has been of great service to our community. I pray for the grace of Allah upon him; my condolences to his relatives and to our community.”
