TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, together with the Minister of Customs and Trade Bülent Tüfenkci, attended the Ürgüp Economic Value Contributors Award Ceremony. Speaking at a meeting hosted by Ürgüp Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Ahmet Aydın, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “If the entrepreneur is strong, the city will be strong and the nation will be strong. To this end, our public administration, politicians, and this community should be the first to embrace these people.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the future of kçakoca and Düzce is very bright at the Contributors to Akçakoca Award Ceremony held by the Akçakoca CCI, “Residents of Düzce have 2.1 billion TRY in the bank. This means that you are well off in the economic sense,” he said.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu spoke at the Tax Record Holders Awards Ceremony organized by the Devrek Chamber of Commerce and Industry and emphasized that Devrek does not have an Organized Industrial Zone despite being an industrial city and that the problem of land for OIZs is the purview of Science and Technology Minister Faruk Özlü and that he would personally speak with him in the evening.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The banks shut the umbrella in the rainy weather and open it in the sunny weather.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Eskişehir after the award ceremony of the “Added Value for the Regional Economy” organized by Bozüyük Chamber of Commerce and Industry and visited Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce's new service building, congress and fair center construction.​

Speaking at the Bilecik CCI Tax Award Ceremony, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that TOBB, Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, KOSGEB and Credit Guarantee Fund have reached 600,000 firms in need of finances.​
