The guardians of democratic order, the police department, are the apple of our nation’s eye
Releasing a message regarding the 168th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Police Department, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that police are the fundamental basis of social security and said, “If law and order are to exist, the police are vital to the process. Our police, working diligently and making great sacrifices will always have a special place in the hearts of our people.”

The mechanism to solve the bad cheque problem has been introduced
Attending the Joint Award Ceremony for the Business people Adding Value to Karaman, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of TOBB, said the system that would reduce the risk in time bargains had been introduced and told that it was possible to see the commercial background and payments of the counter party before selling goods on a forward payment basis, and thus, to decide whether to trade or not.

“There will be no trade without peace”
At the opening ceremony of the new service building of Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ŞUTSO), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of Union of the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, said, “In the 10 years ahead, all economic targets will be achieved. All we need is peace. There will be no trade without peace. Trade will bring together richness. If you want to be rich, you will clear the way for trade. Trade needs one thing, which is peace.”
