TOBB, IRU and ICCIMA TIR operations meeting in Ä°stanbul

Representatives of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Transport and Logistics Systems Department TIR Operations Directorate, International Road Transport Union (IRU), Iranian TIR System Guarantor Organization Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture (ICCIMA) met at TOBB Istanbul Service Building. The parties also conducted a field study at Muratbey Customs Administration.​
In this context, a presentation was made on TOBB's international transportation activities under the TIR Convention. Within the scope of field work, Muratbey Customs Director İbrahim Bakırman was visited and views were exchanged on international transportation with TIR Carnet. In addition, TOBB subsidiary GTİ Co Inc Muratbey Operation Directorate was visited and information was given about the Build-Operate-Transfer model.
