Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The meeting was moderated by A. Saygın Baban, Head of the Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).

During the meeting, discussions were held under two headings with the participation of the Board Members. The topics discussed included how to carry out activities aimed at reducing the cost impacts of facilities to be covered during the pilot phase of the Emissions Trading System and the work to be done to determine the scope of data to be disclosed in the Emissions Trading System market.

During the meeting, technical and administrative assessments were shared by representatives of relevant institutions, and the importance of cooperation and coordination in the work to be carried out was emphasized in line with the views of the participants.
