​Prime Minister Erdoğan made an address in the ceremony and declared that both the terrorist organization and its extensions are active in order to disturb and distend the environment and to agitate the process. Prime Minister Erdoğan mentioned about the prevention of terrorism; “Both the terrorist organization and its extensions are active in order to disturb and distend the environment and to agitate the process”. He said “Formerly, the terrorist organization had delivered its messages by its own illegal issues, internet and certain agencies. Now, we consider that all these are waved aside; a political party has started work as the speaker of terrorist organization, by resigning the democratic ground and politics. - “Anybody not to hope for help from terrorism” Minister of Interior Beşir Atalay; “We want that all problems of Turkey are discussed in the political environment. Anybody not to hope for help from terrorism, not to commit politics with the terror support.” Atalay continued his words; “We have moved from the security focused vision to multi focused vision. In order to prevent terrorism, first of all multi focused vision is needed. Making detailed analysis of causes of terrorism and making studies to gain the citizens are the main purposes of the establishment of this Undersecretariat. At the same time there was a coordination problem. Quite a few institutions, mainly the security institutions are on duty to prevent terrorism. However, we do not have a central memory, central archives, central sharing.”   Undersecretary of Public Order and Security, Muammer Güler mentioned that the Undersecretaiat have been established to develop policies and strategies to prevent terrorism and to elicit coordination between the related institutions and organizations.
