  Çetin Osman Budak, in his remark, expressed that, Certificate of authority for organizing domestic fairs is issued by TOBB. Fairs Committee aims to develop fair sector in line with the general interests of the Country and sector, to make the sector attain global standards and within this context, to provide arrangements of fair activities to be made by competent companies within a program in appropriate fields. He continued: '' Fairs Committee is assigned by the TOBB Executive Board for a 2 year period, and consists of at most 7 members. For the upcoming 2 years period, our Committee which consists of precious names such as Bayram Mecit- KOSGEB Vice-President, T.Bülent Ünal CEO of TÜYAP Tüm Fuarcılık A.Ş., İmran Eraslan-Vice President of Denizli Chamber of Commerce, and continual members Mustafa Saraçöz-General Secretary of TOBB, Cihat Alagöz-Head of Sectors & Entrepreneurship Department of TOBB,  will show high level efforts to serve for the domestic fair sector in Turkey.”Thanking to previous Chairman Hüseyin Üzülmez for his 7 years of efforts, Budak stated that he will work hard too to uprise the level for the upcoming period.​
