Attending the “Economy’s Mosaic Tax Awards Ceremony” were TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Internal Affairs Minister Muammer Güler, Family and Social Policy Minister Fatma Şahin as well as many businessmen.

Speaking at the ceremony, Hisarcıklıoğlu reminded that the Nizip Chamber of Commerce (TO) is a five star chamber and that 5 star chambers provide the same quality of service throughout the world; that Nizip TO provides the same quality of service as the Paris Chamber of Commerce.

Drawing attention to the importance of branding, Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that Nizip has acquired geographical marker for its olive oil and has also applied for a geographical marker for its soap.

Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Turkey is indebted to all of you contribute to Turkey’s economy by paying taxes. If you did not trade or provide employment, how would taxes be generated?”

“There can be no trade where there is no peace. There can be no prosperity where there is no trade,” said Hisarcıklıoğlu and thanked Internal Affairs Minister Güler for his contributions to the attainment of peace in Turkey.

After the speeches, Hisarcıklıoğlu, Şahin and Güler presented the highest tax paying industrialists and taxpayers with their awards.
