TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Nakamura

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a speech during the Yunus Emre Week held at the Turkology Institute in Tokyo and met with the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Toshio Nakamura at the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

Also attending the meeting were TOBB Vice Presidents Halim Mete and Ä°brahim ÇaÄŸlar, Turkish – Japanese Business Council President Mehmet Nurettin Pekarun, DTÄ°K Asia Pacific Committee Chairman Nejdet Demiryürek, Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Industry Council President and Turkey Textile Sector Council President Abdülkadir KonukoÄŸlu.  It was decided that the MoU between TOBB and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry should be updated to include the action plan as well as agreeing to cooperate in regards to the visit of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry SME Delegation which will be visiting Turkey in February.

 

Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the TOBB Council Vice President İbrahim Çağlar, attended the dinner held in honor of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan by the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
