Turks in the US convened at the DTİK Meeting

Working under the aegis of DEİK, the World Turkish Business Council (DTİK) convened under TOBB/DEİK-DTİK President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in Washington D.C. with the attendances of DTİK US Regional Committee members and Turkish entrepreneurs hosted by the Turkish Ambassador to Washington D.C. Serdar Kılıç at the “US Resident Turkish Entrepreneurs and Professionals Meeting”.
During the meeting TOBB/DEİK-DTİK President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, DTİK US Regional Committee Chairman Celal Seçilmiş, DEİK Board Member Murat Yalçıntaş and Turkish Ambassador to Washington D.C. Serdar Kılıç gave speeches.
Meeting with Turkish residents in the US, Hisarcıklıoğlu urged for unity. “There is grace and prosperity in unity; anguish in dissent,” said the TOBB President, stating that in the US, just as anywhere else in the world, the scattered Turkish peoples need to unite and defend Turkey’s interests.
