TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 2016 Action Plan Meeting held at the Haliç Congress Center.​

At the meeting, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu spoke about the progress they’ve in regards to fulfilling their promises in the past 4.5 months and also provided information on their projects in 2016.
