TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communication Minister Ahmet Arslan at his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Kaynak for his posting in the new government.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Minister Arslan with a copy of the Book of Dede Korkut, published with the support of TOBB.
