Hisarcıklıoğlu told press members after the meeting that bilateral relations continue to develop with mutual visits.
Emphasizing that even in difficult times, as representatives of the business world, they always try to keep politics and economy separate, Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that 200 Turkish companies continue to produce and invest in Egypt.
Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that exports and trade have also developed with the recent political developments and expressed his belief that they will reach the target of $ 15 billion trade volume set by the presidents of the two countries in a short time.
Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Our companies investing in Egypt are given all kinds of support as ‘Egyptian companies’. I would like to thank Mr. Sisi and Mr. Minister for this.”

Minister Abdulati also said that the trade volume between the two countries has the goal of increasing to 15 billion dollars.
Emphasizing that he is proud of the investments of Turkish companies in Egypt, Abdulati said that they provide all the necessary facilities.
Minister Abdulati stated that they want to see more Turkish investors and products and said: “If there are any problems, we will eliminate them within the framework of the instructions of our President Sisi. We want not only to increase the trade volume but also to support investments. We also discussed cooperation on the African continent. We can have the opportunity to act together in trade, industry and investment. We want to increase cooperation in the fields of energy and textiles. We are making efforts to root our Free Trade Agreement.”
After the statements, Hisarcıklıoğlu showed Minister Abdulati around TOBB and informed him about the activities of the union. Abdulati also took a test drive with Togg, Türkiye’s domestic and national automobile.
