At the speech he delivered, Hisarcıklıoğlu  mentioned the  goal of being among  the top  10  rich countries in the World. He said that   Turkey needs more entrepreneurs to achieve that goal; Turkey needs  four times more entrepreneurs to  achieve  the level  Japan  has  today . He  also indicated his belief that  the best  human being is the one who is  able to generate benefits for other  human beings. He also emphasized the importance of involvement of women   in the  business life as well as  resolving the  unemployment  issue by creating  new  entrepreneurs.

Gaziantep Governor Süleyman Kamçı,  said that   Gaziantep Chamber of Industry  has a  major  role  in the  development and  increased  employment of Gaziantep. He thanked Koçer for the work  he  has done  for Gaziantep. Gaziantep University   Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Coşkun  pointed  out  the University and  Industry  cooperation and gave information  on the  activities of the  University. Following the  speeches, Gaziantep University   Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Coşkun, gave  Nejat  Koçer the Honorary  Doctorate title  and  presented him with  his  gown. Koçer in return delivered a speech and  extended his thanks to everyone  who  supported him all along, his  family   most of all.
