Support for sweet treat to the Assembly by Hisarcıklıoğlu

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu gave his support to the Baklava and Sweet Producers Association’s (BAKTAD) for their treat for the opening of the Grand National Assembly (TBMM) to strengthen unity and solidarity.
BAKTAD President Mehmet Yıldırım and his accompanying committee visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. During the visit, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the saying “eat sweet, talk sweet” characterized BAKTAD’s enterprise in this subject and emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity.
Explaining their intention of treating the TBMM President, the political parties in the Assembly and the Assembly members to baklava and proclaiming the message, “Let us eat sweets and talk sweet for our country, unity and solidarity”, BAKTAD President Mehmet Yıldırım, expressed his wish to enjoy TOBB’s support in other similar organizations.
TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Yıldırım and his colleagues for their idea while Mehmet Yıldırım presented Hisarcıklıoğlu with a tray of baklava which spelled “TOBB” in baklava. A picture to commemorate the event was taken afterwards.
