The entrepreneur from Elazığ who won first place in the “Got an Idea?” competition on NTV, Hikmet Koşar introduced his project, “Çelebi”, to TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and asked for his support.
Attending a series of award and opening ceremonies in Elazığ, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Religious Affairs President Mehmet Görmez, was briefed on the project of Hikmet Koşar, a mechanical engineer, on his project which won him first place in the “Got an Idea?” competition.
Having worked in the Elazığ Industrial Zone for the last 25 years, Hikmet Koşar said that the vehicle that he has designed is capable of a very large carrying capacity proportional to the power it requires. Koşar explained that he has designed a mechanism which moves the wheels, not from their center but by a continual shifting of its center of gravity. Hikmet Koşar stated that the 700 kg. vehicle is capable 120 km/h on standard batteries and is energy conservative, “It only requires 10HP to do the work of 100HP.”
TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Koşar on his enterprising spirit and success and took a tour on the vehicle along with Religious Affairs President Mehmet Görmez.
