Saim ÖZAKALIN was born in Erzurum in 1968. He attended primary school in Palandöken Primary School, secondary school in Şair Nefi Secondary School and high school in Erzurum High School.

 

He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Social Sciences.

 

He is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter.

 

He served as the chairman of the board of directors of companies operating in the Forestry Products, Construction Chemicals, Construction-Contracting and Service Sectors operating in Erzurum.

 

On May 31, 2023, he was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors at the 79th General Assembly of TOBB.
