Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Minister of Family, Labour and Social Services Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk at her office along with TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay. Issies of common concern were discussed during the visit. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that, as the business world, they do not want the legislation and the business judiciary to protect anyone, but to stand at an equal distance to employers and workers, to be on the side of rights and justice.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, attending the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) January Council meeting, described the developments in Turkey and the world economy and spoke in regards to opportunities and risks in the economy.​

Gürcan Karakaş, CEO of Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG), met with Professor Güven Sak, Rector of TOBB ETU, faculty and students of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and Design.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Council Members Information Seminar. Hisarcıklıoğlu pressed the importance of solidarity and not marginalizing each other upon the council members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Board meeting of Ankara International Exhibition Area and Convention Center. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has sent instructions to 365 chamber and commodity exchange management operating in 81 provinces to address the activities of member companies engaged in the imitation and adulteration of food in the disciplinary committees.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Austrian Ambassador to Ankara, Dr. Johannes Wimmer. During the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu informed Ambassador Wimmer about TOBB and its activities and exchanged views on the development of economic relations between the two countries. ​
