Ünye Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) PresidentIrfan Akar visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Akar was also accompanied by Hüseyin Duman, a member of the Disciplinary Board of Ünye CCI. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Marmaris Chamber of Commerce President Ayhan Mutlu and the delegation accompanying him at his office. ​

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received the Turkey's Automobile Industry and Trade Enterprise Group Co. Inc. representatives at the Presidential Complex.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu gave his assessment in regards to the Central Bank's one-week reduction of the repo auction rate.​

Implemented in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Facebook and Habitat Association, Facebook Station was inaugurated in Maslak, Istanbul. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that they want to carry entrepreneurs and SMEs to the digital environment for business, “We aim to digitize the private sector and develop next-generation entrepreneurship. TOBB Turkey Young Entrepreneurs Council is the largest organization in its field and with it, the impact of Station will spread throughout Anatolia. Thanks to them, we aim to reach more than 35,000 people and companies with Facebook Station within the year.”​

Diyarbakır Trade and Industry Chamber (CCI) President Mehmet Kaya visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. A mutual exchange of views took place during the meeting. ​

Turkic Speaking Countries Cooperation Council (Turkic Council) Executive Secretary Baghdad Amreyev visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. The meeting held in TOBB Twin Towers took place to the press. ​

European Commission Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO) Director Stefano Manservisi visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, noting that high interest rates are the greatest obstacle to production and investment, said, “We are pleased to see that interest rates have been falling for a while now, however it is still not conducive to engaging in global competition at their present state.”​
