Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated in his speech at the German-Turkish Economic Conference hosted by the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Berlin, Germany, that Türkiye and Germany have deep-rooted historical, economic, cultural, and political ties.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the elective General Assembly of the Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry held at the Turkish Embassy in Berlin, with the participation of Gökhan Turan, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Berlin, and Dr. Peter Adrian, President of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK). Hisarcıklıoğlu wished the newly elected Board of Directors success.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ), officially opened the TOBB ETÜ Alumni Association Foyer Cafe. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Chairman of the TOBB ETÜ Board of Trustees, participated in the ‘Entrepreneurship and Leadership Course’ for the 2025-2026 Academic Year at TOBB ETÜ.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Ersin Tatar, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), received Mevlüt Çil, Secretary General of the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce; Sezen Mehmetbeyoğlu, Head of Administration; Miraç Alper Büyüktürk, Head of Projects and Business Development; and Servet Turhal, Head of Quality Accreditation, at his office. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the “Innovative Hydroelectric Projects Day” event hosted by the TOBB ETÜ Hydro Turbine Design and Test Center and attended by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alpaslan Bayraktar.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Sibylle Katharina Sorg, German Ambassador to Ankara. The meeting focused on economic and trade relations between Türkiye and Germany. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Gombosuren Munkhbayar, Mongolia’s Ambassador to Ankara. During the visit, they discussed economic and trade relations between Türkiye and Mongolia. ​

The Board of Directors and Assembly Members of the İstanbul Chamber of Industry, led by Board Chairman Erdal Bahçıvan and Assembly Chairman Ender Yılmaz, visited M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), and TOBB ETÜ. Ali Coşkun, Member of the TOBB ETÜ Board of Trustees, former Minister, and former TOBB President, was also present during the visit.​
