M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Assembly of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD), of which he is Vice President and which has 57 member countries, held in Mecca. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited the stands of Turkish companies participating in the Mecca Halal Forum, accompanied by Mustafa Ünal, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Jeddah. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Khalifa Bin Jassim Al Thani, President of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, and Samad Hassanzadeh, President of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture, as part of the Mecca Halal Forum. The meeting focused on evaluating cooperation and joint projects. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), participated in the Mecca Halal Forum, which was held with the participation of Saudi Arabia's Minister of Commerce Majid bin Abdullah bin Osman Al Qasabi. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), paid a condolence visit to Kamil Yazıcı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Group, following the passing of Kamil Yazıcı, one of the founders and Honorary Presidents of Anadolu Group. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated, “May Allah grant mercy to the deceased; I wish patience and condolences to his family and loved ones. May his resting place be paradise.” ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Baghdad Amreyev, Chairman of the Turkish Investment Fund. During the visit, mutual views were exchanged. ​

During the visit at the Presidential Complex, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu conveyed the issues on the business world's agenda to President Erdoğan. ​
