The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President and the TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU) Board of Trustees Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, gave advice to the graduates at the TOBB ETU 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony. “Don’t miss out on life. Be a citizen of the world, travel a lot, learn new cultures, never stop reading and researching. Be the hero of your own story, not anyone else's.”​

The National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) of Turkey Chairman and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the the 66th and 67th ICC National Committee of Turkey the General Assembly and then the Board of Directors meeting held at TOBB Social Facilities.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded the State Order by the Federal Republic of Germany. At the ceremony held at the Embassy in Ankara, German Ambassador Jürgen Schulz pointed out that Hisarcıklıoğlu has made significant contributions to the development of Turkey's economic relations with Germany and the EU. Schulz said the order was given to those who dedicated their lives to their duties, and Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu deserved it. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he is receiving the award on behalf of the Turkish business community.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Ankara International Exhibition and Congress Center INC Board meeting hosted by the Ankara Chamber of Commerce. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Chamber and Commodity Exchange Heads of Central Anatolia and the Central Black Sea Region on the second day of the TOBB Consultation Meeting.​

After the announcement of the LGS 2021 results, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), stated that it is time to choose for the students who are preparing for a difficult exam due to the pandemic, “I believe that at the end of their choices, our students will settle on our schools that will prepare them for the future. At this point, I invite our young people to choose from among our 113 schools in 81 provinces within the scope of the program we started as MEB, TOBB and TOBB ETU.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Councils Joint Meeting, attended by Treasury and Finance Minister Lütfi Elvan, said they hoped to reach the highest quarterly growth figure in history in the second quarter.​
