Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was a guest of the Joint Professional Committees Meeting of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry, which was held via video conference. Hisarcıklıoğlu consulted with Kocaeli industrialists about the situation in the economy and the new process ahead.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the video conference with Minister of Commerce Ruhsar Pekcan with 365 chambers and commodity exchanges and 61 industry council presidents.​

Following the Meeting of the Presidential Council of the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), of which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu holds the office of Vice President, issued a joint statement on the European Rescue Strategy.​

Speaking at the introductory meeting of the “Winning Restaurant Support Check,” project organized by Yemeksepeti via video conference, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said the project would be the lifeblood for restaurants.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 15th Financial Stability and Development Committee Meeting chaired by Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak via video conference.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Ministry of Commerce and Facebook have established digital cooperation for SMEs. The online training portal for SMEs was opened through Facebook Station's website. The portal includes advice, digital trainings, programs and resources to make it easier for Turkish companies who are experiencing difficulties due to the Covid-19 outbreak to get through this process more easily.​
