Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the meeting of Aegean Young Business People Association (EGİAD) and made assessments about Turkey and the World economy. Hisarcıklıoğlu, putting emphasis on entrepreneurship, said, “If everyone wants peace, we have to increase the number of entrepreneurs and create jobs for people.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Presidents of the Board of Directors of Chambers and Exchanges in the Aegean Region in Izmir. Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views at the meeting which took place closed to the press. Hisarcıklıoğlu listened to the expectations and wishes of the region's business community. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, Izmir Chamber of Commerce and Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) Joint Award Ceremony, noted that İzmir is among the leading production, exports, technology cities, said, “While the world trade stagnates, we are one of the few countries that managed to increase their exports. Of course, this success was achieved with the great efforts of our İzmir business people and all our private sector. I am once again proud of my entrepreneur brothers from Izmir, the architect of all these achievements.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu participated in the “Joint Consultation Meeting of the Manisa Business World” organized by the Manisa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Manisa CCI) and the Manisa Commodity Exchange and shared his assessments while listening to the views and solution proposals of the region's business world.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Georgian Ambassador to Ankara George Janjghava. During the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu informed Ambassador Janjghava about TOBB and its activities and exchanged ideas on the development of economic relations between the two countries. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Ankara Alişir Azamhocayev. ​

Binali Yıldırım Primary School and Kindergarten, which was built by his children on behalf of former Parliament Speaker and İzmir Deputy Binali Yıldırım and transferred to the Ministry of National Education, were opened.​

Kayseri Journalists' Association President Veli Altınkaya and Kayseri journalists Oktay Ensari and İbrahim Özçekiç visited President the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry President İbrahim Burkay and Council Chair Ali Uğur at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. ​
