The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with commodity exchanges presidents at the TOBB Twin Towers. Attending the Brokerage System Consultative Meeting following the Turkey Product Specialized Commodity Exchange (TÜRİB) Ordinary General Assembly, Hisarcıklıoğlu convened with presidents of TOBB’s affiliated commodity exchanges to discuss and evaluate product specialized exchanges. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the stands of the cooperatives at the Turkish Cooperatives Fair, which was organized under the leadership of the Ministry of Commerce, and examined their products.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the 12th Annual Above the Line Sectoral Performance Evaluation Award Ceremony organized by Kocaeli Chamber of Industry, said that companies should pay their taxes where they produce, that this is important for municipalities, which applies to tourism cities as well.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Coordination Committee for the Improvement of the Investment Environment (YOIKK) meeting held at the Presidential Complex chaired by Vice President Fuat Oktay.​

Attending the 2020 launch of the My Sister Project organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in collaboration with Istanbul Technical University, Coca-Cola and Habitat and the Local Delicacies Competition award ceremony, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that 20,000 women participated in the trainings held in 30 provinces within the scope of the project so far, said the 2020 goal is to reach 40,000 women in 10 cities.​

Attending the INCOTERMS (Forms of Delivery used in Foreign Trade) 2020 Mena Region Opening Summit, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Turkish National Committee President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu underlined that they want to be more active in global trade, adding, “For this reason, we have to know the rules of trade first.”​

Speaking at the symposium, which focused on the reflections on mediation of the Singapore Convention signed by 51 countries with Turkey, M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu, president of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), pointed out that a new era had begun in the resolution of international trade disputes, adding, "The main obstacle to the mediation establishment was the issue of cross-border enforcement if the agreement were to be reached. With the Singapore Convention, this issue is largely addressed.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu. After the meeting held at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Minister Kasapoğlu also chatted with students. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Consultation Committee Meeting with Non-Governmental Organizations chaired by Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan.​
