The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Acıpayam which recently suffered an earthquake. Visiting the Acıpayam Chamber of Commerce, Hisarcıklıoğlu extended his condolences to the Board of Directors President Mehmet Sürücüoğlu, Board of Directors and Council Members.​

Speaking in regards to the the incentives prepared under the campaign began with the call of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at the Employment Mobilization 2019 Denizli meeting, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu urged for more employment. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “A new, comprehensive and bold incentive package has been prepared. Every new employment to be made until April 30th, will receive wage-tax-premiums from the government. After that, there will be an exemption from employment taxes and premiums for at least 9 months. So, for every 1 additional employment you provide, there is approximately 20,000 TRY in support annually.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and spoke with Chamber President Salih Zeki Murzioğlu as well as the Board of Directors and Council Members.​

Employment Mobilization 2019 Samsun Business Meeting was held with the attendances of Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Samsun Governor Osman Kaymak.​

Speaking at “The Place of Kayseri’s Industry in the Future of Aerospace and Defense Sector” meeting, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, noted that the defense industry turnover has reached $ 7 billion, “We as Kayseri, want to be a part of the process and contribute more to the defense industry of our country.”​

In his Nowruz Day message, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I hope that the day of Nowruz representing the coming of spring and the awakening of nature, on which peace and friendship are ever more on our minds, brings blessings to all and refreshes our hope.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Nazilli Commodity Exchange and met with President Nurettin Kırlıoğlu and council members. ​

Nazilli Chamber of Commerce’s new building was opened in a ceremony attended by Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. ​

The Employment Mobilization Aydın Business Community Meeting was held with the participation of Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Aydın Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger at the Aydın Chamber of Commerce.​
