TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, Dr. Faruk Özlü at his office. ​

Speaking at the partnership agreement ceremony between MADO Yasar Ice Cream and Food Products Co. Inc., Venture Capital Bank and Al Sraiya Holding, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that investors in Turkey would never lose. While Hisarcıklıoğlu urged entrepreneurs in Turkey to brand local values, to open up to the world; he invited foreign investors to invest in Turkey.​

Holding its 35th meeting, the Turkey-European Union Joint Consultative Committee (JCC), convened for dinner hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

Speaking at the Turkey-EU JCC meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that a negative outlook is being formed in the international arena in regards to the investment environment in Turkey in recent years and said, “Our economy stands robust as ever. Those who invest in Turkey will always profit in all circumstances.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the 2016 Industry Night organized by the Kayseri Chamber of Industry, pointing out that the Presidential Abdullah Gül Museum and Library was opened, “Those who visit this museum will once again realize that, in my country, the child of a lathe worker can becomes a prime minister or president. The son of a captain called ‘couldn’t even be a village headman’ in my country can be the Mayor of Istanbul, the prime minister or even the president. Because it is not what a few people say, but what the nation says; it is what democracy says.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Board of Trustees meeting of the Abdullah Gül University Support Foundation.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kayseri Chamber of Industry (KAYSO) as a part of his Kayseri visit and wished Kayseri CI Chairman Mehmet Büyüksimitci and Council Chair Abidin Özkaya success in their new duties.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of the President Abdullah Gül Museum and Library in the Abdullah Gül University campus. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the reception for the 54th anniversary of the Turkey Employers Syndicates Confederation and 26th Ordinary General Assembly. ​

The signatures for the Respite Credit for SMEs, which will be brought into effect through the partnership of TOBB, Ziraat Bank, Denizbank and Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), were put on paper at the launch meeting held at the Prime Ministry Çankaya Mansion.​
