The President of TOBB M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, attended “Masa” TV program on TRT Turk channel as the guest of Serhat Akça and called out to both unemployed and employers not to miss this opportunity. He expressed that the target for the year 2011 was to train 200.000 people. ​ ​

The Industry Strategy Document must be the route of Turkey’s industry

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, attended the live broadcast on NTV and emphasized the importance of the Ability'10 Specialized Vocational Training Centers (UMEM) Project. Hisarcıklıoğlu defined Turkey's most important problem as lack of profession and said “I want to announce this not only to employers but also labor unions. We should realize this as a great project. We aim people to gain profession and jobs with this project. There is no such a big project that will be useful to people.” ​ ​

The unemployment problem will be solved by Ability’10 UMEM Project

During Ability’10 Specialized Vocational Training Centers (UMEM) project’s introductory meeting that was held in Istanbul, M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu the President of TOBB pointed out that the main reason of the unemployment was the lack of profession. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasizing the project as the biggest and most concrete project that has been realized so far said “We’ve been a hope for more than 20 thousand unemployed. There are more than 2 thousand companies in the selected 19 provinces that have accepted to take part in this project. In addition to this, we have taken more than 20 thousand demands from these companies. We aim to employ 1 million people in 5 years.” ​ ​
