Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Vice Chairman Şekib Avdagiç attended the Gala Dinner and Traditional Award Ceremony held at the Venetian Palace in İstanbul under the auspices of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association and the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Türkiye Giorgio Marrapodi. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee held its last meeting of 2024 under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB, with the participation of TIR Committee members via video conference method.​

The Iraqi delegation of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) İstanbul International Center for Private Sector and Development (ICPSD) visited the İstanbul Office of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Vice President Ali Kopuz attended the Türkiye-Iraq Joint Economic and Trade Committee (JETCO) 1st Term Meeting.​

The fifth Marmara Regional Meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Council was hosted by Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB Yalova Women Entrepreneurs Council, with the participation of Yalova Governor Dr. Hülya Kaya and TOBB Council Member Işınsu Kestelli.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Board Member Selçuk Öztürk attended the Türkiye-Umman Economic Round Table Meeting. After the meeting, Selçuk Öztürk met with the Sultan of Oman Heysem bin Tariq bin Taymur Eb-Busaid. ​

The Settlement Commission Meeting for 2025 tariffs was held in Ankara, hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Copyrights, with the participation of TOBB Board Member Ali Çandır and TOBB Sector Assemblies Manager Ayşe Çelebi Doğan, representatives of the Competition Authority and Music Professional Associations. ​

The Medical Device Sector Consultation Meeting, organized in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Medical Council and the Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK), was held under the chairmanship of Levent Mete Özgürbüz, Sector Council President, with the participation of Cengiz Delibaş, Deputy Secretary General of TOBB, Dr. Asım Hocaoğlu, President of TİTCK, Dr. Mehmet Hakan Fırat, Deputy Presidents of TİTCK and heads of relevant departments, with the intense interest of sector representatives.​

An online webinar was held to provide information on the effects of the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) and Entry/Exit System (EES) applications, which are critical for companies engaged in freight and passenger transportation Türkiye to the European Union and will be put into operation in 2025, on the transportation sector and the obligations to be undertaken by sector representatives.​

The Chemical Industry Council meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Timur Erk, Council President, with the participation of representatives from different public institutions regarding the agenda.​
