Automotive Industry Council sets 2017 work goals

The Turkish Automotive Industry Council convened to discuss current developments in the sector. During the first part of the meeting held under Deputy Council Chair Osman Sever, information about the 'Digital Transformation Platform of the Industry' was provided by TOBB Sector and Entrepreneurship Department Chief Ozan Acar, which will be run by TOBB's Advisory Board.​
Acar stated that workgroups will be formed under the Consultation Board and will be designed for the Ministry to work with workgroups in particular the Sectoral Assemblies. This platform will work as a central coordination unit and that all the incentive decisions are planned to come out of this structure and that the Automotive Industry Assembly will participate in all workgroups.
