Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his New Year’s message:

“We’ve come to yet another last page of a calendar. There has been much joy and sadness throughout these 365 days, both nationally and globally. The last days of the year are filled with the excitement and happiness for the New Year while on the other hand reminding us of how fast time passes.

We have great goals as a country. Firstly, we have greater numbers to achieve in order to make Turkey stronger, bigger and richer on its centennial anniversary.

We want to be 2.5 times richer on that day. We will continue to work towards this goal with tenacity in the New Year.

Looking at the world, we can see that nobody lacks for nothing.  We all need each other. Love, tolerance, unity and solidarity benefit everyone. That is why we must love each other. That is the key to prosperity, happiness and peace.

I hope that 2015 is an impactful year, remembered for its charms and joys. It is with these thoughts and feelings that I, on behalf of the Turkish business community, wish the New Year brings all health, peace and happiness.”
