The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, pointing out that Gaziantep Menengiç/Melengiç Coffee is the 29th product to receive a geographical indication registration from the European Union, said in a statement on his social media account, “May it be beneficial to Gaziantep and our country. I congratulate everyone who contributed.”​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited the Turkish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, established by TOBB and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was informed about the work of the Chamber.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Extended Commodity Exchanges Council Meeting was held at TOBB Twin Towers with the participation of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı and council members.​

The organizations in the Turkish wing of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) convened hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala and AK Party Deputy Chairman Ziya Altunyaldız also attended the meeting. ​
