Hakan Ülken is the President of Aydın Chamber of Commerce (AYTO), which is subject to Law No. 5174 and has approximately 10,000 members.
Hakan Ülken, who is married and has 3 children, was born in Aydın on December 4, 1978. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Aydın, he completed his undergraduate education at Uludağ University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Environmental Engineering and his master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Adnan Menderes University.
Ülken started his business life in the private sector and continues his commercial activities in the Engineering, Construction, Accommodation, Food and Laboratory sectors in Aydın and Bursa.
Ülken was elected as a Member of the Assembly of Aydın Chamber of Commerce (AYTO) in 2009, elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AYTO since 2013, renewed his confidence again in 2022 and is currently;
