Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Venture Capital Council met via video conference to evaluate the sector for 2020 and address current issues with the participation of industry representatives, presided over by TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitçi and Council President Göktekin Dinçerler.​

The e-Commerce e-Guide Training Program organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) ended with the subject of e-commerce campaigns. The program was opened by the Head of TOBB Turkey Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department, Saygın Baban. ​

In cooperation with the Revenue Administration (GIB) and the Social Security Institution (SSI), under the organization of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Information Seminar on Structuring Public Receivables for Enterprises under Law No. 7256 was held online.​

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), which was prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, TOBB approved 1,091 Domestic Goods Certificates in November 2020.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Automotive Trade Assembly meeting was chaired by TOBB Board Member Mahmut Özgener and Council President Yüksel Mermer.​

Prior to accreditation certification audits scheduled for March-April 2021. Accreditation development visits are being organized via zoom to 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 13th Term Accredited Chambers/Exchanges.​

In cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry, an information meeting was held on December 02nd in order to improve the implementation of the Industrial Register in trnc.​

In cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and KTSO, an information meeting was held about the Capacity Report to be given by KTSO in TRNC with the participation of TOBB Industrial Directorate and Ankara Chamber of Industry Document Services Director Caner Hasta and Adem Gülal.​

In cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD), “Carrying Our Companies to the Future: Corporate Proposals for Managers after the Pandemic” Seminar was held online.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in November 2020 decreased by 10.5% (434 units) compared to November 2019 (4,119 units) to 3,685 units.​
