The glass and glass products sector’s first half assessment
TOBB Turkey Glass and Glass Products Industry Council convened under Council President Serdar Özer at the TOBB İstanbul Service Building. Council President Serdar Özer assessed the development in global and domestic economy in the first half of 2013 and stated that the slowing down in the Euro zone may effect global economy while the risks associated with global growth into the second half of the year.

TIR system training for Pakistan from TOBB
As a part of the revitalization of the “Silk Road Vision”, a committee comprised of the representatives of the Pakistani Transportation, Commerce and Foreign Affairs Ministries and the Pakistani Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice-President received training on the TIR system at TOBB.

Councils and commissions convened
Prior to the TOBB Financial General Assembly, council and commission meetings took place. The Agriculture, Social Policies, Vocational Education and Tourism Councils convened separately. TOBB Board Vice President Faik Yavuz, TOBB Board Members Mustafa Yardımcı and Mustafa Boydak also attended the meetings.
