Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit for Mehmet Kaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yerköy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who died last week. Hisarcıklıoğlu prayed for the grace of Allah for the deceased and extended condolences to his family.​
