Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Şahin Balcıoğlu, Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board Member Adnan Toprak, Kahramanmaraş Commodity Exchange President Ahmet Duran Balsuyu, Kahramanmaraş Commodity Exchange Council Chair Mustafa Narlı, Kahramanmaraş Commodity Exchange General Secretary Ahmet Balbaba, and Elbistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mustafa Paksoy, ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Mediterranean Region meeting held via video conference and consulted with the heads of chambers/exchanges in the region.​

HAK-İŞ, MEMUR-SEN, TESK, TÜRK-İŞ, TİSK, Turkey KAMU-SEN, TOBB and TZOB, which form the Turkish wing of the Turkey-European Union (EU) Joint Consultative Council (JCC), responded to the trumped up genocide statement in US President Joe Biden's message regarding the events of 1915.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), stated that the decision of the US administration will not make the Armenian genocide slander a reality. This decision, which distorts historical facts, will negatively affect Turkish-American relations."​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), attended the Retailers and Shopping Mall Investors Consultation Meeting held online. Hisarcıklıoğlu consulted with industry representatives about the effects of the pandemic and current sectoral developments.​

The Presidential Council of the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), chaired by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), convened via video conference.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu issued a message on 23 April national sovereignty and children's day; stating that the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA) is one of the most important milestones not only in the War of Independence, but also in the journey of the Republic of Turkey towards modern civilization.​

There is an urgent need to postpone taxes and similar payments to the public administration and to provide new loan support to our businesses.” ​
