TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in Şanlıurfa Geographical Sign Registry Ceremony, said that the success of Şanlıurfa's geographical markers has been recognized and the whole city should be proud of it. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Geographical markers means first branding, then more valuable products, meaning more profit. Let's protect our wealth.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, attended the opening of the completed Adıyaman Shopping Center constructed in Adıyaman New Industry District with Parliament Deputy Chairman Ahmet Aydın, Adıyaman Governor Nurullah Naci Kalkancı and the MPs of Adıyaman.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his speech at Turkey - Moldovan Economic Forum that Turkish investors in Moldova are excited about Moldova's economic and political transformation and the steps taken towards integration with global economy, “The Turkish business community wants to investment more in the Moldovan economy.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Yalova Business World Meeting organized by Tahsin Becan, President of Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). Underlining Yalova’s important potential, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Yalova CCI has also undertaken good works.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who visited Sibel Moralı, Körfez Chamber of Commerce Chair, and members of the council, urged chairs of chambers and exchanges and the members of councils to inform their members about the services they provided. Reminding that they are guarantors for member loans through the Credit Guarantee Fund, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that there are no other union of chambers in the world that vouch for their members.​
